  • True innovation is not a reclusive activity - you are not mad scientists or inventors - teaching is a social activity and innovation must touch others
  • It is smart of share innovations with colleagues - that way you make better decisions and have better reflections
  • What is the point of innovation if learners are not inspired and able to learn more effectively - the learners are your yardstick. If they are not excited by the lesson, you have to wonder why.
  • Collaboration is a category in the Awards - how can learners collaborate with other learners and how can you collaborate with other teachers and community members?
