The Result Of Our Investigation

Hi! We're the First Year students of Cabancalan National High School; we offer our warmest greetings of Love and PEACE to all. 

 

From the gathered data of countries such as Lao PDR (MM2), Malaysia (MM4 and MM7) and Philippines (MM5), there was a significant effect of the usage of electrical appliances in relationship to the increase of electrical consumption. The line graph below shows the increase of electrical consumption in relation to the usage of electrical appliances of families in the duration of one week.

 

 

 

              Almost all of their answers revealed an increase of electrical consumption in a week. The percentage of increased of electrical consumption of families varies as follows Malaysia (MM4) 47.9%, Laos 25.71%, Philippines 2% per day except Friday and Saturday with 6%.The appliances that are frequently used at home in Lao PDR are television and refrigerator, in Malaysia are air con, computer, refrigerator, television, lights, electric fan and rice cooker and in Philippines are television, component, electric fan, refrigerator and lights. These contribute to the increase of electrical consumption. Therefore, the usage of electrical appliances at home revealed a significant increase of electrical consumption.   

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

       As a member of the family, the increase of electrical consumption has a great effect  to the family budget. The money allocations to the different family needs were reduced to meet with the increase of prices of commodities and electrical bills. To help, as a concerned member of the family, switch off all the electrical appliances when not in use; prioritize the use of most needed appliances.
