Usual A4 piece of paper. Fold in the two diagonal creases, so that the two edges meet up.

Flip over. Fold the sides inward as shown in the diagram. Fold the pointed end as shown.

Fold the paper as shown in the diagram. Fold the pointed end inward. Fold the sides in as shown and then unfold. Cut the paper as shown.
