Step 4: Enhancing My Publication (Optional)
Decide which additional design features you want to add to your presentation. Each
feature should enhance the content. Too many sounds and images can detract from the purpose of a presentation. Remember to follow copyright and trademark laws, include source citations when appropriate, and save your work frequently.
Step 5: Uploading to My Blog
To facilitate the sharing process, you may choose to use a blog to share your Project Portfolio Presentation during the Pair and Share in Module 3: Making Connections.
If you wish, you can use your blog for the Portfolio Showcase in Module 8. Follow these
instructions to create your blog.
- Open the blog site provided by your facilitator.
- Write down the URL of the blogsite, your login, and password in your Login Information
Note: Additional websites that provide free blog space are listed in Blog Sites.
- Create a page for your Project Portfolio Presentation by following these steps:
a. Create a new comment in the post that your facilitator set up for this purpose.
b. Add a title for your page starting with your first name (for example, Claire's Presentation).
- Upload your presentation with your embedded assessment and Project Plan to the blog.
