He finds a PDF file called Business letter writing and previews the video called How to write a formal letter and finds both suitable for the purpose of providing basic factual background to the process. He plans to instruct the learners to view these two resources for homework before the lesson and to make notes so that they can proceed directly with the practical letter writing process when they come to class. In class he plans to focus on challenging some individuals and providing additional one-on-one support to other weaker individuals as the learners write the letter.
