Peer Coaching

Getting Started - Closing

Part B: Reflection

Reflecting on your professional development experience is important to your learning because it helps transfer new skills and knowledge into your professional practices. We will use a standard approach to help you reflect on what you have learned at the conclusion of each session.

  • Use the Reflecting On My Learning handout as a guideline to record your thoughts and ideas from today.
  • Create an eportfolio in Canvas and write your reflection on the first (home) page.

Part C: Preparing for the e-Learning Phase 1

  1. Review the date of Session 3. Between now and that date "Session 2" will be participating in e-Learning Phase 1.
  2. Review the e-Learning Assignment, which you will complete prior to Session 3.
  3. Note the purpose of these ongoing self-study and collaboration assignments. They:
    • Build on the topics covered in the session you just attended.
    • Extend your learning between sessions.
    • Encourage collaboration using the community on Canvas.

Part D: Session 1 Evaluation

Complete the Session Evaluation.
