I have found that you can learn just about anything these days using the Internet. This holds true when you acquire a new device such as an Android tablet and you want to get the most out of it. Android tablets are becoming extremely popular in education and the Internet is full of helpful ideas.
With my device, after familiarising myself with its various functions, I was keen to know more about its operating OS. What version of Android is it running on and what are the implications of this? Different tablets run different versions of the Android OS. I love the way Android names its versions – Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean, with the latest being Kit Kat (4.4). The OS version gives a brief idea of the features packed in a tablet.
The best way, I think, to find out more about the OS your Android is using is to find a review on YouTube. My device is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Here is the review on it that I found on YouTube.
