There are less than two months to go until the SchoolNet SA ICT in the Classroom conference. If you would like to attend, but are wondering how you will cover the costs, below are some options to consider:

conference-JulyApply to be a presenter

Presenters for sessions lasting an hour or more do not need to pay the conference fee to attend the conference and presenters of half hour sessions get 50% off the conference fee. Please consider sharing your leadership strategies, innovative lessons and technical know-how with other delegates (whilst making a saving for yourself ).

If you would like to present a session at the ICT in the Classroom Conference, fill in the online form (http://www.schoolnet.org.za/schoolnet-conference-2015/presenters/). You can chose between offering a session that is half an hour, one hour or two hours in length and can decide if you would like to do your session as a classroom or computer lab workshop or as a presentation.

The ICT in the Classroom conference is not an academic conference – instead we welcome practical sessions where the audience will be engaged and active participants and where teachers can learn from the experiences of other teachers. Your presentation/s can cover one or more of the following themes:

· Curriculum Delivery through Digital Content

· Technologies for Foundation Phase

· Learning with Mobile Technologies

· ICT Leadership in the School

· Connecting Classrooms

· Innovative Teaching

· Technical Matters
