INTRODUCTION

Energy problem is a worldwide concern. The more the economics of the country develops, the more energy it needs to meet the increasing demand. As a result, the natural resources such as oil, coal have been exploited. Our country also faces this problem. We acknowledge that the educating students and public the attitude towards saving the energy is crucial and necessary. To teachers and students, the energy saving problem is so urgent. What is the best way to save the energy that will not influence on the teaching and learning activities? We would like to share the experience with other countries especially the developed ones.
