When asked what she likes most about working for SchoolNet she said: “I like the environment, the love, and respect among colleagues. The environment allows growth and support which broadens my horizons. I share the vision that SchoolNet has as an enabler of change. My job serves to empower people and that is very fulfilling for me, seeing positive change and being part of providing that. I get to meet and communicate with people at different levels and I learn a lot from that.’’
.
When we asked her to point out her favourite SchoolNet project, she could not choose. “I fall in love with all of my projects, it is very interesting to have to start making new relations with people I will be working with, having to plan and organise a project such that it succeeds and meet required success criteria or goals makes it worthwhile. Syspro and DTPS projects where we have to train unemployed youth stands out as I feel it has more substance and guaranteed to make a huge difference in the lives of the youth.”
.
So, what does she want to achieve this year? ‘’I would like to further my academic studies and of course, read and learn more’’
