The Student Help Desk training is designed to help schools setup learner-managed technical help desks in the school. The training includes setting up a database to manage the work flow. the level of support is restricted to first line maintenance equipment and simple network installations.

The intention is that schools should be able to provide the help desk service to the community and surrounding schools.

Training can take 3-5 days. SchoolNet has trainers qualified to deliver thsi training.
