Traditional Shwedaung Noodle

 

Mingalabar, today recipe is Myanmar traditional noodle known as Shwedaung Noodle. First squeeze coconut milk. Then cook coconut flash to become to get coconut oil. Fry some dried noodle until it becomes crispy. Pour boiling water ever bean sprout and sieve. Fry onion, garlic, bay leave, cinnamon with chilli powder and tamarind. Add slice chicken, salt, sugar and coconut milk. When chicken is tender, chicken curry is ready. Slice cabbage, coriander and lemon. Then prepare Shwedaung Noodle.


This is Myanma Traditional Shwedaung Noodle.

1 Noodle 1600 grams
2 Chicken 650 grams
3 Oil 300 grams
4 Bean sprout 650 grams
5 Roasted bean powder 80 grams
6 Dry noodle 80 grams
7 Onion 350 grams
8 Garlic 40 grams
9 Chilli Powder 2 table spoon
10 Cabbage 20 grams
11 Cinnamon 4 pieces
12 Bay leaf 4 leaves
13 Coriander 32 grams
14 Coconut 1 No
15 Salt 1 tea spoon
16 Sugar 1 tea spoon
17 Turmeric 1 tea spoon
18 Fish sauce 1 tea spoon
