Traditional Shwedaung Noodle

Mingalabar, today recipe is Myanmar traditional noodle known as Shwedaung Noodle. First squeeze coconut milk. Then cook coconut flash to become to get coconut oil. Fry some dried noodle until it becomes crispy. Pour boiling water ever bean sprout and sieve. Fry onion, garlic, bay leave, cinnamon with chilli powder and tamarind. Add slice chicken, salt, sugar and coconut milk. When chicken is tender, chicken curry is ready. Slice cabbage, coriander and lemon. Then prepare Shwedaung Noodle.
