Being
healthy in body is as important as being healthy in mind.If
we are healthy, we can work hard and we can achieve our goal
in life. With good health, a bit of intelligence, determination
and hardwork we can achieve almost everything.
We need to have a balanced diet which
consists of meat, vegetables and fruits.
We must also keep our emotions under
control becausse excessive joy, anger or sadness can affect
our health. Moreover, a person with a positive attitude towards
life and can see the funny side of life and laugh and joke
will probably live longer than one who doesn't.
