SchoolMail - support


SchoolNet SA will outsource all SchoolMail provision and support to e-Schools' Network. The SchoolMail Service provides support relating to

• software installation (choosing appropriate software and documentation)
• account details, including changing passwords
• dialup telephone numbers

We do not provide direct support, other than advice where possible, relating to

• modem or PC hardware
• general network configuration issues or problems

Wherever possible, we will try to refer you to someone within your area who may be able to assist you further
