Teachers in the Cofimvaba ICT4RED project schools have been methodically working through modules of their professional development course since July 2013. The seventh and the eighth module sessions of the ICT4RED Cofimvaba Teacher Professional Development were conducted at Queens College in Queenstown on Saturday 1 February 2014. Last year in October Cape Town experienced the first ever Google Summit in Africa hosted by SchoolNet and Parklands College at Parklands College. It was presented by the amazing EdTech team from the USA and proved to be an exceptionally inspiring event for teachers in the classroom as well as anyone involved in education. Parklands videotaped some of the sessions and SchoolNet has placed four of these videos on the SchoolNet YouTube Channel.Â
