The purpose of this programme is to introduce school leaders and education management to the concept 21st Century schools and their educational needs.

The course materials were developed by a team under the supervision of learning theory specialist John Bransford at the University of Washington. They are well-designed as a challenged-based learning and reflection experience.

The course typically takes 2-3 days to complete, but it could also be offered as a series of ongoing staff development workshops. This is a very thought-provoking and highly-recommended programme.

Materials are CD-based and are packaged on the Partners in Learning CD, version 5 onwards.
