You can use a Lync video conference to invite a ‘guest expert’ into your classroom – or even a grandparent to read to your class at story time.
Simply add your guest as a contact in People, and then schedule an online meeting with them using the Schedule meetingtool under their name. Your guest will get a link to the meeting and if they don’t have Lync on their computer they will be able to download it or use the Web App.
