Shafika Isaacs from the DBE officially opened the conference and welcomed the guest speakers; Phil Mnisi from the DBE delivered the opening address on behalf of the Deputy Minister of Basic Education, Enver Surty; and Jonathan Manning, Headmaster at St Mary’s DSG welcomed the guests.
